The design is based on OMT’s proven Seahorse designs with Japanese optimized and tank tested hull form offering excellent fuel and speed performance.
The StandShip 95 design is a next-generation KamsarMax designed for high flexibility, economical performance and low OPEX. The design has 15% higher payload and lower transport unit costs than typical KamsarMax designs. 2020-compliant fuel system and option for scrubber or LNG. Best ranked trading performance compared with peers. Compliant with EEDI 2025 reference line with LNG fueled option.
OMT has developed general layout and specification for the standard version and designed optional upgrades such as with scrubber, LNG and cranes.
