The O1 – 120 Naval Polar is a highly capable patrol vessel developed for arctic operations. The vessel has a polar class notation with icebreaking capability of more than one meter first year ice and offers a large and significant endurance in harsh arctic conditions. The vessel has a helicopter flight deck and integrated hangar for one medium-sized helicopter.
The aft mission bay area offers space and integration of several ISO container-sized mission payload modules, which together with the side launched boats provides large operational flexibility for various mission types in harsh conditions.
