We are excited to announce that from January 1st 2023, Danny Ingemann will be starting as CEO in CUBEDIN, a pioneering new venture in ship design and modular technology founded by OMT and Systematic.

Danny Ingemann comes from a position as Vice President, Global Head of Sales and Business Development in Alfa Laval Marine Division and have previously held global business development positions in various Maritime companies. Danny brings strong experience from the Maritime industry with global manufacturing companies and have successfully developed and launched new products and business models with clear customer insight. Danny Ingemann holds a degree in Marine Engineering and is finalizing an Executive MBA from Copenhagen Business School.

I have been working in the maritime industry for 20 years and the last few years pace in digitalization and sustainability is making great changes to the way we work and connect. CUBEDINs gateway makes vessels more adaptable and responsive through modularization and will be a strong fit to a more flexible and sustainable fleet management”.

CUBEDIN A/S was established by OMT and Systematic in June 2022. The company aims to develop and sell/promote CUBEDIN as a new and innovative concept modularisation with the aim to make navy and commercial vessels flexible and adaptable through modules. CUBEDIN is based on physical interfaces and software, which handles the selection of modules (CUBES) for the individual vessels and takes care of the “intersystem” communication (gateway) through a standardized SW interface.
